The system is a two part service consisting on qualifications coaching to make sure a client always has access to the best loan programs, the lowest rates and the highest possible loan amounts. The service will be administered by Loan Originators who have been certified as Mortgage Professionals through the appropriate coursework on strategic credit, debt and equity management, as well on delivering the Approval Guard service. Getting to know your consultant is very important to us. For this reason you will always work with the same consultant each time your credit report is reviewed.
